How long have we been in business?
We started making minor roof repairs in 1985 for Kmart stores. A friend of our family owned several buildings that Kmart leased from him. He had trouble finding a company who could locate and repair leaks. We solved his problems and in 1989 we began business on a full-time basis. We have been in the roofing business ever since.
Why is Patriot Roofing different?
First, we are 100% family owned and we are located in SW Arlington. We have lived here since 1989. We don’t chase hail storms, but we are Insurance Claim experts and if you have damage we will Guarantee you get every dollar you are due and nothing less. We have installed new roofs in seven states: Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Kansas and Iowa. The owner of our company, Alan Fite, is on every job every day.
What roof types do we repair?
We repair and maintain virtually every type of roof. Alan worked for a major Fort Worth roofing manufacture for seven years and traveled the country conducting training seminars for roofing contractors. We install maintain or repair the following types of roofing:
- Shingles
- TPO
- Metal
- Tile
- Rubber (EPDM)
- Elastomeric
- Foam
- Modified Bitumen
Do we offer warranties?
Yes. Even the most basic of roof leak repair has a two (2) year Warranty on labor and materials. We also offer full roof warranties from two (2) years to lifetime Warranties. ALL of our Warranties include labor and materials and twice a year roof cleaning and maintenance is included on all repairs at No additional charge. Our shingle jobs have a lifetime material & Labor Warranty.
How do we show you what is wrong with your roof?
The customer or their representative is always welcome to join us on the roof before, during or after the project. We also provide you with before and after pictures with a detailed explanation in layman’s terms so you know exactly what we are proposing and how we will make the repairs.
Do we use hot tar?
We have NEVER used hot asphalt and never will. We use high quality cold process Elastomeric and 100% Silicone roof coating and heat welded membranes for repairs. We also use a variety of membranes and reflective coatings.
What happens if you have a leak on a repair that is covered by our Warranty?
Once we are notified we will be there to make repairs within 24 hours and in most cases the very same day. We will make repairs at No Charge and then follow-up when it rains again.
